Most of our clients prefer a balanced diet including all food groups, but you can use any other dieting approach you wish. Carnivore, Paleo, Vegan - it all works.

The good news is that maintaining the result is a lot easier than actively losing fat or gaining muscle - which means once we've achieved the goal, the hard part is over.

Maintaining just requires a small amount of training in the gym, alongside some simple dieting tweaks which most people find very easy to stick to.
